Xbox Live through a desktop computer?
I just bought something that will pick up my wireless internet signal through a desktop computer. Using a standard ethernet cable would it work if I plugged one end into the port of the Xbox and the other into the desktop to pick up the signal and use Xbox Live?

Thinking of dropping my cable tv and going to over the air channels. What do I need to get so that I can hook up my desktop to my tv I already have wifi set up ? I want to be able to do things like watch shows on Hulu or the network websites and maybe stream through something like netflix. What do I need to get?My tv is a 50 inch off brand Viore. It does have the standard inputs VGA, HDMI, composite, s video . As far as I can tell, my desktop has none of those. I'd want to do it wirelessly if possible since there is no easy way to string a wire.

How do you power passive desktop computer speakers?
I got a pair of passive computer speakers with my purchase at a online audio store but they can't go very loud. I figured out how to get them louder by plugging them into audio out on a pair of desktop speakers I already have, which is redundant. I was wondering if there's a way to power them or amplify the sound. It could be DIY way or just a cheap way of doing it.

Okay, so I have heard some pretty bad reviews on the acer computers, & everything I've heard about the iPods are excellent. I do have a computer at home, and my mom is getting a refurbished apple laptop. I just got a ipod nano 8gb a couple days ago. I plugged the ipod into my laptop and the device showed up in Itunes. I also put some songs from cds on there already. I wanted to put songs from limewire on my ipod so I connected my ipod on here because thats the only way I can do it. When I plug my ipod in nothing shows up and the device isnt coming up in Itunes like it did on my laptop. I tryed the Menu button and the middle button and holding it down but still nothing happened. I really need to put limewire songs on my ipod. I NEED HELP PLEASE

My graphics adapter is an SiS 760. I've updated the drivers, and it detects the 19' Samsung LCD HDTV as a CRT monitor. The 19' Samsung puts the computer into 4 3 ratio. How can I view it in the TV's full screen? When I set the resolution on my computer as 1366x768, the image on the TV is 4 3, and scrolls around the desktop. What is the solution to this?If I set it to zoom, it just stretches the picture and still scrolls around.
